Ariegeois Dog:

Foxtails can also cause harm to your dog. Foxtails ar a type of diaspore grass that disperses its seeds as a unit. Their seeds look like fox’s tail thus the name foxtail. When the grass dries, its seed clings to the fur of your dog when you take it for a walk. The seed is barbed; therefore, it’s hard to remove. They can be rooted to your dog’s fur, between toes, ears, and anywhere.When your dog got victimized by this foxtail, it power cause swelling and infections. Your dog will be bothered and will scratch and shake vigorously if a foxtail is in its fur. Having the foxtail lodged inside the dog’s body can also be fatal. So better be careful when you take your dog for a walk.

The Ariegeois is a breed of dog, specifically a French pack-hunting scenthound developed late in the last century. It is distinguished by its friendly nature with other hounds and affection for human companions.This breed originated in France in 1912, making it a fairly new breed. It is not yet well known outside of its own region. The breed is registered with the FCI.

White Ariegeois Puppies:
Ariegeois normally weigh 63-70 lbs and are 24 to 27 inches tall. Their coat is smooth and short. They are tricolor, black and white with tan points mainly at the head. The head of the dog is lean and elonganted. There are no wrinkles. The eyes are dark and gentle. The ears are very soft and medium-length. Muzzle is medium length as well, while the nose is black. The neck is slender and arched slightly, to the chest which is narrow and deep. The ribs are well-sprung with a strong, sloping back. They have straight legs in the front and strong, powerful hindlegs. Feet are hard and foxlike. Tail is slightly curved.

 

 

2011 Ariegeois Puppies:

A French Breed, the Ariegeois is usually not seen outside of France. Used for hunting of rabbit, hare and fox. The Ariegeois has a narrow head with a slightly convex noise ridge, and long low set ears with a noble expression.  Medium in size they have a muscular wide, deep chest.
